PA to the Managing Director<\/h2>\n

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised PA to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

This is a pivotal role offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our company requiring strong organisational skills.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Perform general clerical duties including emails, logging customer and supplier data and managing correspondence on behalf of the MD<\/li>\n
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.<\/li>\n
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with the compliance side by keeping vehicle information, mots, services up to date.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure accurate data entry into various systems while maintaining confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong>The Ideal Candidate Will:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Have good organisational skills with the ability to identify and prioritise certain jobs and tasks.<\/li>\n

      European Removal Porters<\/h2>\n

      We are looking for Removal Porters to join our European team. \"\"<\/p>\n

      The applicant must be physically fit, hardworking and have good people skills.<\/p>\n

      The role involves;<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Working as part of a team to load and offload customer items to & from the vehicle<\/li>\n
      • Packing & Export Packing items in various cartons and packaging to a high standard<\/li>\n
      • Ensure all job sheets & inventories are completed correctly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The applicant must;<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Be eligible to work in the UK & Europe and have a valid passport<\/li>\n
        • Experience working within the industry preferred, but not essential as Hamiltons provides full training for all our operatives<\/li>\n
        • Be mobile and flexible with availability<\/li>\n
        • Have good time keeping skills and be reliable<\/li>\n
        • Enjoy travelling Europe and being away for 10\/14 day periods at a time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          European HGV Drivers\/Foreman Class 1<\/h2>\n

          An exciting opportunity to join our European team. If you enjoy travelling Europe and being away for periods at a time this could be the job for you.<\/p>\n

          The role involves packing, wrapping loading and unloading our clients goods and effects.<\/p>\n

            HGV Drivers\/Foreman Class 1 & 2 for UK House Removals<\/h2>\n

            We are looking for Class 1 & Class 2 drivers who will ensure the safe loading of our UK vehicles. Our drivers are normally the ‘The Move Team Leader’ and responsible for ensuring the removal is carried out as planned. Our drivers are required to:-<\/p>\n

            • Drive long or short distances<\/li>\n
            • Pack and wrap, load and unload vehicles with our clients goods and effects<\/li>\n
            • The role will at times require spending nights out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              The successful candidiates must<\/p>\n

              • Have a Class 1 or Class 2 licence<\/li>\n

                3.5 ton Drivers\/Export Packers<\/h2>\n

                This is not just a driving role, we are looking for van drivers that want to do more than just drive. We are looking for Export Packers that can pack & wrap our clients effects ready for transportation anywhere around the world. Our 3.5ton Drivers\/Export Packers are required to:-<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Drive long or short distances<\/li>\n
                • Export Pack & wrap, our clients goods and effects<\/li>\n
                • Prepare a detailed inventory<\/li>\n
                • Either load to containers on site or bring back to one of our depots<\/li>\n
                • Previous experience in Export packing preferred but not essential as Hamiltons provides full training for all our operatives<\/li>\n
                • The role will at times require spending nights out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n

                  Export Packers<\/h2>\n

                  We are looking for Export Packers that can pack & wrap our clients effects ready for transportation anywhere around the world. Our Export Packers are required to:-<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • Accompany our drivers<\/li>\n
                  • Travel long or short distances<\/li>\n
                  • Export Pack & wrap, our clients goods and effects<\/li>\n
                  • Prepare a detailed inventory<\/li>\n
                  • The effects will either be loaded to a container at residnece or will be brought back to one of our depots<\/li>\n
                  • Previous experience in Export packing preferred but not essential as Hamiltons provides full training for all our operatives<\/li>\n
                  • The role will at times require spending nights out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
