Weekly removal services to Scandinavia

Hamiltons are now providing a weekly service to Scandinavia in addition to our regular European routes and worldwide provision.

"We have added nine vehicles to our fleet this year," said Brian Sawyer, chairman of Hamiltons Removals. "This has led to a surge in our European groupage business, and the extra capacity has enabled us to take regular consignments to Scandinavia."

Bookings are busy for the new routings to Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Single items, part loads and full loads can be accommodated in Hamiltons' 120 cubic metre modern road trains. Tranship and hoist services are available, and collection can be from the customer's depot or residence.

"We already have a very strong presence in the European market, and we are pleased to be able to offer our competitive prices and high standards of service to customers operating in Scandinavia," said Brian. Since he established the family-owned business in 1993, it has grown into one of the UK's most successful removals, packing and storage companies.

In 2004, the company became the East Anglian franchisee for Bishops Move. Hamiltons is a member of BAR (the British Association of Removers), the Road Haulage Association, and Fedemac (the Federation of European Movers Associations).
