International Removals – BAR Global Shipping Conditions Update for Current Movers

At Hamiltons Removals, we are committed to keeping you informed of the external factors affecting international removals to the UAE, and other international destinations, due to the regional conflict involving Iran.

The link below from the British Association of Removers, which we are a member of, was published on 1st April 2026. It explains the key issues affecting current movers, including rising freight costs due to route diversions, emergency surcharges and delays.

Please note that all removals to the UAE and the Middle East region are currently suspended, and many other international shipping destinations are affected to varying degrees as well.
